Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange a product? That is no problem at all. You can send an e-mail to contact@tuttocalabrese.nl for this . However, you bear the costs for returning the original product yourself.
Who delivers my order?
We ship your order with PostNL in the Netherlands. After we have sent the order you will automatically receive an email with the track and tracenumber of the package, which allows you to track the status of your order online. You can also track your order in your account on our website. Go to your account and then to ‘Orders’, or go directly to the order status, where you can view the details of your order.

In other countries the packages are delivered by PostNL partners abroad.

When will my ordered products be delivered ?
We try to ensure that your order will be delivered within two working days at the address provided by you, in the Neherlands. In other countries this may take a little bit longer (check our page ‘Ordering Online, Delivery Time & Shipping Costs’.
What if a product is not in stock?
Our webshop is set up to ensure way that products which are not in stock cannot be ordered. If a product by chance is not in stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Can I track my order?

After we have sent your order you will receive a track & trace number allowing you to track your order.

I have given a wrong delivery address!

Did you accidentally give us a wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

You can also order our products by telephone or by e-mail. We will then enter the order for you. However, as a payment method, we can only offer “transfer” or “cash payment” (if you collect the order yourself).
I can not find a typical Calabrian product
In case there are typical regional products from Calabria, that you cannot find on our pages, you can always ask us. We do not keep all products in stock, but we can tell you if we can quickly get a product. And even if a product is not directly available from one of our suppliers, we can usually obtain those products through our many contacts in the region. This may take a little longer however, because we will have to contact a new supplier.
Do you also send products abroad?

Can I order for someone else?
