Tutto Calabrese respects your privacy. We therefore see it as our responsibility to protect your privacy. We only process data for (improving) our services and carefully handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never share your details with third parties for commercial purposes.

About the data processing
Webshop software
Sophie-Websites develops our site and provides us with functional support. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services will be shared with this party. Sophie-Websites has access to your data to provide us with support. They will never use your data for a different purpose. Sophie-Websites is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the contract that we have concluded with them.
Web hosting
We acquire web hosting and e-mail services from Hostingmij. Hostingmij processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. They can collect metadata about the use of the services, however. These are not personal data. Hostingmij has taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent loss and unauthorised use of your personal data. Hostingmij is obliged to take appropriate security measures on the basis of our contract with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups to prevent data loss are made regularly. Hostingmij is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the contract that we have concluded with them.
E-mail and mailing lists
MailChimp
We send our e-mail newsletters through MailChimp. By subscribing to our newsletter you confirm that we can register your data in MailChimp for processing in accordance with the terms and privacy policy of MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and e-mail address for their own purposes. At the bottom of each email, that is automatically sent for our website you can see the ‘unsubscribe’ link. Click on it and you will no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data are stored securely by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies to show whether e-mails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve the services and to share information with third parties.
Hostingmij
We use the services of Hostingmij for our regular business e-mails. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Hostingmij has no access to our mailbox and we treat all our e-mail traffic confidentially.
Live chat
Tawk.to
On our website you can use the live chat program of Tawk.to. After giving your consent, the collected data is shared with Tawk.to, who uses this information to understand how visitors use the tawk.to software and to give us insight into the use of our services by our visitors.
Payment processors
Mollie
We use the Mollie platform to handle a (part of) the payments on our webshop. Mollie processes your name, address residential details and payment details, such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above-mentioned security measures with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie’s services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data longer than permitted by legal terms.

WebwinkelKeur
We collect reviews via the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur you must enter your name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur will share this information with us, so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name and place of residence on their own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an elaboration of your review. When we invite you to leave a review, we will share your name and e-mail address with WebwinkelKeur. They use this information solely for the purpose of inviting you to leave a review. WebwinkelKeur has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. WebwinkelKeur reserves the right to engage third parties for the provision of services. We have garnted Webwinkelkeur permission to do this. All the security measures mentioned above with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of the service for which WebwinkelKeur engages third parties.
Shipping and logistics
To deliver orders placed with us we use the services of PostNL through MyParcel. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residential details with MyParcel. MyParcel uses this information only for the purpose of concluding the delivery. In the event that MyParcel uses subcontractors, MyParcel will also provide your data to these parties. MyParcel is obliged to observe secrecy on the basis of the contract that we have concluded with them.
Purpose of data processing
General purpose of the processing
We only use your data to benefit our services. The purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing campaigns. If you share information with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will ask you for your explicit permission. Your data will not be shared with third parties other than to fulfill administrative obligations. These third parties are allobliged to observe confidentiality on the basis of the contract we signed with them, an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically collected data
Data that is automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This information (eg IP address, web browser and operating system) is not personal data.
Participation in tax and criminal investigation
It may happen that TuttoCalabrese is legally obliged to share your information, in cases relating to tax or criminal investigations, but we will oppose this, within the possibilities provided to us by law.
Retention periods
We store your data in a customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. Should you communicate this to us, we will delete your data, but we are legally obliged to save invoices with your (personal) data for as long as the applicable statutory period lasts.
Your rights
On the basis of applicable Dutch and European legislation you have certain rights with regards to the personal data processed by or on behalf of us.
To avoid abuse, we will send transcripts and copies of your data only to the email adress you registered with us. In case you want to receive information on a different email address or by mail, we will ask you to identify yourself.
You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we are using your personal data in erroneously.
View your data
You always have the right to request, correct and/or delete the personal data stored by TuttoCalabrese. Send us a request for this and you will receive a response to your registered e-mail address within 30 days, with all stored, corrected and / or deleted personal data.
You may also object to the processing of your personal data. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing, pending settlement. If your objection is well-founded, we will permanently discontinue the processing.
