Warranty
We care about our products and therefore try to deliver them to you in top condition. Yet it can happen that an order is damaged during transport or that something else happens that you can claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of having detected the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.
Complaints
It may happen that something does not work out as planned. We advise you to first report complaints by emailing us at contact@tuttocalabrese.nl . If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation through the foundation WebWinkelKeur (Stichting WebwinkelKeur) at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/. Starting from the 15th of February 2016 consumers in the EU can also to register complaints through the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not pending treatment elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint at the European Union platform.
